• to install and keep close partnership with the key technology vendors in the domain, especially SW and System companies that provide solutions adapted to broadcast and broadband services

• to make use of the huge expertise and the cost efficiency of some major selected ODM companies in Taiwan, while keeping a focus structure of key experts and sales people close to the operators we serve

Doing so, Siligence wants to bring the best of two worlds in the process of CPE creation :
